Common user functions

Warning

Must have a valid AIDE account. If you do not have one, please liaise with your Trust AIDE Super Admin(s) and provide your email address and confirmation of which role(s) you require.

This page covers functions common to all AIDE users regardless of User Roles.

Login

  1. Navigate to the AIDE URL

  2. Enter your Email Address and Password

  3. Select “Log in” button

Setting your Password

  1. Login for the first time using your temporary password

  2. Enter a “New Password” and “Confirm Password” and submit

Warning

Passwords must:

  • be at least eight characters in length

  • contain both uppercase and lowercase characters e.g., a-z and A-Z

  • contain at least one number e.g., 0-9

  • contain at least one special character e.g., !@#$%^&*

Logout

  1. Navigate to account profile at the top right corner

  2. Select ‘Logout’ button

Please contact your Trust AIDE Super Admin(s) who will be able to reset your account.
